Frank Air was able to access and service my unit on the same day! They contacted me to let me know when they were en route. They arrived in the window of time they initially gave me. They called me after the initial diagnosis and explained what needed to be serviced and how much it would be and my invoice was less than I was expecting because I didn’t need as much coolant. I highly recommend them.

Frank Air was a life saver! After being pressured to buy an entirely new AC system by another company (Del Air, beware!), Frank Air showed up on time and repaired my AC for less than 10 per cent of what the other company quoted me. They're a local family owned company and it shows. Monica is a sweet heart and Richard worked in the rain to get me up and running. I recommend them highly. A word to the wise, always get a second opinion and don't be bullied into something that doesn't feel right.

Always a pleasure to deal with Frank Air. Tech came out and did his investigation. He put in the time to figure out what was wrong with the system. He wound up doing a comprehensive, systematic diagnostic on it and cleaned the compressor thoroughly. I wouldn’t hire anyone else. Spencer Colgan
